ESSENTIAL DUTIES Position Summary
This position plays a key role in supporting administrative functions in the Front Office, Design, and various other departments. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individual with the ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Open, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Maintain client binders and job documentation (physical and digital).
  • UPS shipping and receiving.
  • Maintain ordering of office and janitorial supplies and materials as needed.
  • Enter purchase orders as needed.
  • Support daily office organization.
  • Schedule meetings as needed.
  • Maintain sample program: Which includes ordering and keeping supplies of our standard showroom samples and sending out client samples.
  • Provide general backup coverage for other office staff.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Strong organizational and filing skills; high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional, friendly phone and client communication skills.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in an office support role
  • Familiarity with shipping systems, filing systems and basic bookkeeping a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and move between departments throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for sample handling and file organization
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Must be able to read printed materials and follow written instructions
