- Perform professional vehicle demonstrations, highlighting the latest technology and desirable vehicle features, and coordinate test drives.
- Stay up-to-date on product inventory, the latest vehicle technology, and optional packages to enhance the vehicle ownership experience.
- Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork.
- Personally deliver sold vehicles to the customer, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required; automotive sales experience is preferred.
- Strong customer relations skills (communication, active listening, empathy, product knowledge, etc.).
- Outgoing, confident, and driven to achieve goals.
- Proficient technology skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
