Education: High School/GEDPay: $31.62/hour with an additional fringe benefit of $10.79/hr. - Must have verifiable BAS training by a BAS manufacturer or representative and/or trade school (preferably Metesys) or two years of experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS). Experience to include performing BAS device calibrations for HVAC and other building equipment.
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders, kneel and/or stand for long periods.
- Must be willing to work any shift and to perform all other duties as assigned.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Etc.)
- Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
- Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
