DIRECT HIRE | REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Western US) | REMOTEOur client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Western U.S. and potentially Canada through direct sales and management of third-party representatives. This position requires a strategic sales professional with experience in capital equipment (material handling, bulk storage) and a focus on building relationships with EPCs, Engineering firms, Design/Build, GCs, etc.
  • Anticipate $130K (+/-) base salary, BOE
  • OTE ~$200K

Key skills/experience:
  • Territory Management
  • Selling Capital Equipment (OEM)
  • Selling to EPCs, Engineering houses, Design/Build, GCs, etc.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage direct sales to end users, integrators, OEMs, contractors, and distributors.
  • Oversee third-party manufacturer representatives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Forecast sales, prepare budgets, and develop pricing strategies.
  • Identify new product opportunities and track market/competitor trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing, engineering, and project management teams.
  • Update sales opportunities weekly in CRM (NetSuite).
  • Engage clients via Zoom, in-person visits, trade shows, and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience in Capital Equipment/OEM, selling to EPCs, Engineering firms, Design/Build, GCs, etc.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic sales skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM (NetSuite preferred), Excel, and Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage processes and meet goals.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time
