The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the company's executive leadership while also managing key financial administrative duties, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Payroll. This is a pivotal role within our organization, ideal for someone with strong experience in construction industry operations and financial processes.Provide high-level administrative support to the executive teamManage all aspects of A/P and A/R processes, including vendor invoicing, job costing, billing, and collectionsProcess weekly and bi-weekly payroll, including certified payroll for public projectsMaintain accurate financial records and reports for projects and company expensesCoordinate schedules, meetings, and communications on behalf of executivesAssist in preparing budgets, proposals, and financial documentationLiaise with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal departmentsEnsure compliance with internal policies and construction industry regulationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
