This role will lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance optimization to support the growth and profitability of our PS organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical leader with exceptional business acumen, capable of partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making to align with company-wide objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with PS leadership to develop and execute an annual operating plan, focused on revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Own end-to-end financial planning, including annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and weekly flash reporting for the PS P&L (revenue, cost of sales, headcount, opex, and cash flow).
  • Revenue & Margin Optimization: Partner with PS teams to enhance billable utilization, optimize workforce planning, and drive profitability through data-driven initiatives.
Workforce Modeling: Oversee headcount planning and resource allocation, leveraging key metrics such as billable utilization, bill-to-pay ratio, and revenue per head. * Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze monthly financial results, ensure accurate reporting, and prepare executive-level reports for quarterly Board and leadership presentations.
  • Risk & Opportunity Management: Monitor performance against plan, proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • KPI Development & Tracking: Establish and report on key PS metrics, including Revenue Growth, Billable Utilization, Project Profitability, Cost of Sales %, and Accounts Receivable Days (DSO).
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and including vlookup, pivot tables, and building complex financial models.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Professional Services finance, including revenue forecasting and recognition (ASC 606)
  • Experience in FP&A roles at public or private equity-owned companies, with exposure to investor reporting.
  • Background in high-growth, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong business partnering skills with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace and adapt to change.

Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
