
Director Product Management Inquiry and Lead Management - Fully Remote

- Develop and deliver against the family Inquiry & Lead management product strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and digital specialists.
- Define critical metrics and measure the success of digital products against customer and business outcomes.
- Support the creation & storytelling of key marketing analytics to inform future product enhancements.
- Define our key communication strategy for families going through our lead nurture process.
- Partner with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business partners to implement product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Advocate for customer needs through data-driven insights and research.
- Identify new digital opportunities and innovations that enhance our competitive edge.
- Ensure product delivery is timely, high quality, and within scope and budget.
- Champion agile and iterative methodologies, fostering our unique culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- 10+ years in digital product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success delivering sophisticated digital products at scale in a B2C environment.
- Experience working in or with large matrixed organizations ($1B+ revenue) with complex landscapes.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, customer experience design, and agile development practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Analytical approach with a passion for data-informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in digital platforms or customer experience innovation – including leading Website & Salesforce product strategies
- Knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Figma, etc.).
- Ability to translate vision into actionable, measurable product strategies.
- Solid understanding of change management in digital transformations.
