Job Title: EstimatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Construction Estimator to join our team specializing in concrete construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate bids and estimates for projects, ensuring the successful completion of our construction endeavors.Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed bids and estimates for construction projects.
  • Utilize estimating software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine labor, material, and time costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to discuss project specifications and progress.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in estimation and construction processes.
  • Experience with estimating software.
  • Strong understanding of concrete and masonry.
Work EnvironmentWork in a dynamic environment focusing on concrete construction projects. The role may require visiting project sites, working with various teams, and utilizing modern estimating software tools.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
