Projects typically range from $5M to $50M, with the occasional challenge of pricing jobs up to $100M.Lead all aspects of estimating on assigned projectsBreak down plans, specs, and drawings into clear, accurate cost estimatesPartner with architects, engineers, and leadership to define scope and pricing strategiesBuild strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bidsContribute insights on value engineering and bid strategy to give your team the edge✅ What You Bring to the Table:7–10+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial constructionStrong track record estimating projects independently in the $5M–$50M range
