Shift: 7am to 3pm (Monday through Friday) - Overtime based upon production needs.Position Overview:
Run and operator machinery in an organized manner while following all procedures and safety instructionsResponsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of hoppers as needed
- Sort /perform box audits
- Weigh, seal, and label boxes
- Material handling/pull material for changeovers
- Perform final audit and all instructions per control plans
- Enter work orders in as needed
- Verify test parts and poke-yokes
- Follow production schedule provided
- Maintain log sheet, and all Q-plant transactions for scrap and production
- Any and all other duties assigned by Supervisor

- Lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
- Pushing or pulling up to 25 lbs
- Use of hands and legs
- Speak clearly, oral communication and hearing conversation
- Ability for rapid manual/muscular coordination simultaneously involving wrist/hands/fingers
- Vision: depth perception and distinguish basic colors
- Works inside within an automotive component manufacturing setting and may be exposed to heat, cold and fumes/chemicals.
- Noise: constant above 85dcb with vibration
- Occasionally work with chemicals, grease, oils, machinery with moving parts, moving vehicles, alone and more than 40 hours
- Eye protection required
- Hearing protection required
