DescriptionJob Summary:Perform various housekeeping functions, cleaning, sanitation, and other housekeeping functions observing high-sanitation and safety standards in accordance with hospital policies and procedures as well as State and Federal laws.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform cleaning procedures of patient rooms and common areas throughout the Operating Room.
Maintain adequate linen supply for the departments.
Remove waste and soiled linens using proper disposal procedures.
Operate housekeeping mechanical equipment.
Final Terminal, Terminal and Turnover of Operating Rooms.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITIES:
Ability to read, write, and speak English preferred.

Education - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Work Experience - Prior cleaning experience in an institutional setting preferred.
