- Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
- Market Research of competitive influencer strategies, relationships, and creative influencer activations/events
- Expand network of Anthropologie influencers via researching and casting of brand-right influencers at the nano,micro,mid and mega following levels
- Execute influencer giftings inclusive of casting, product assortment curation, packaging ideation, creative opps marketing support marketing support briefing, merch coordination for landing experience, product ordering and execution of the gifting
- Ideate brand-right campaigns for the Q1 season inclusive of casting suggestions and out-of-the-box elements tied to key product growth categories
- Pull together 360 recapping and reporting of Summer activations, giftings, and project activations
- Knowledge of fashion-centric influencers from micro to mega following size
- A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms as they pertain to creators, influencers, trends, and the Anthropologie customer – especially on TikTok and Instagram.
- Organized and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of coworkers across multiple teams
- Existing relationships with US-based influencers and brand marketing a plus
- Experience with the Creator IQ influencer marketing platform a plus
- Create a marketing campaign concept board focused on Fall 2026 featuring tears of images (still life styling, editorial, artistic, branding, etc.) that you find aspirational for the brand’s creative direction and could be used as a potential collective campaign idea across email, digital and social platforms
- You may use visuals from blogs, Instagram, magazines, etc. to show your point of view but be sure to think like a marketer when pulling your aspirational tears and compiling the concept board.
- Be sure to include 2-3 influencers you could see as partners with this Fall 2026 campaign and why you think they would be great fits with our brand.
