You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and ensure our systems meet the highest safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of achieving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
  • Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
  • Develop and implement automation solutions for both new and existing equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to identify and execute automation opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of software, schematics, and system changes.
  • Train maintenance and operations staff on automated equipment.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for plant electrical and OT networked assets.
  • Drives the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.
  • Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
  • Instill an environment of inclusion, where all employees feel that they can contribute and impact the company in a positive manner.
Qualifications:We’re seeking a motivated professional with a strong technical background and a passion for innovation. If you have the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial automation or control systems.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
  • Experience with HMI and SCADA systems.
  • Strong understanding of industrial networks and communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
  • Knowledge of machine safety and functional safety systems (SIL, ISO 13849).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with robotics, vision systems, or IIoT platforms.
  • Familiarity with MES systems and data integration.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or EPLAN for electrical design.
