  • Oversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and educational requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project participants.
  • Mentor and train construction staff on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize disruptions.
