- Proactively introduce business clients to Working Advantage using compelling marketing tools and live virtual demos
- Prospect new clients using targeted resources and build a healthy, KPI-driven sales pipeline
- Manage your book of business and time independently in a fast-paced hybrid environment
- Collaborate with onboarders to deliver seamless experience for new clients
- Build and nurture meaningful, long-term relationships with clients
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and quotas
- Embrace ongoing coaching and feedback from supportive leadership
- Participate in team initiatives and help shape our evolving sales culture
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Experience with high volume outbound calls & emails to drive leads and build your own pipelines
- Self-starter with a resilient mindset and results-driven attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
- Able to work in a team-selling environment and value collaboration
- Highly adaptable; thrives in a dynamic, changing landscape
- Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving ability
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Openness to travel to the office for in-person new employee training for the first 2.5 weeks
- Competitive Compensation: $78K+ OTE ($54K base + $6K quarterly incentives)
- Uncapped earning potential for exceeding sales targets
