Location – Redmond WA 98052We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Xbox Accessories Product Marketing team. This role focuses on managing end-to-end product marketing workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing support for Xbox accessories and experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end product marketing processes, including inbound and outbound logistics coordination.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Industrial Design, Brand, and Games Marketing teams to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
- Provide strategic support for market expansion initiatives and new product experiences.
- Manage internal requests for custom controller marketing support, ensuring timely and effective responses to stakeholder needs.
- Drive support for initiatives for Xbox accessories at retail.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to support the development and execution of marketing assets and campaigns.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in product marketing, preferably within the gaming or consumer electronics industry.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Xbox products and ecosystem especially Xbox hardware and Accessories business.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
