This role provides an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team while ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.YOUR SCHEDULE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISORThis full-time position operates on a consistent schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This structure allows for a balanced work-life dynamic while fulfilling professional responsibilities.YOUR DAYAs the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing the customer service team, overseeing daily operations, and coaching staff to uphold our service standards. You will address escalations and conflicts effectively, fostering clear communication and collaboration across departments to meet customer needs. By monitoring customer feedback, you will ensure a superior customer experience and track key performance indicators, driving initiatives for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will develop and enforce policies and procedures for managing calls, inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups, including those related to emergency or after-hours services.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
3+ years of experience in customer service leadership or management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
At least five years of experience in customer service leadership or management is ideal. Experience in the plumbing industry or a similar home service or trade industry is preferred.
