- Lead the development and implementation of Growth Engineering & Operations initiatives and key projects, including innovation in generative AI, to drive business impact and improve customer experience.
- Spearhead and scope the creation of MarTech solutions, including verkada.com, marketing automation and personalized strategies, focusing on lead generation, customer journey mapping, and enhancing the marketing engineering ecosystem.
- Serve as a central figure in facilitating collaboration among engineers, designers, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and technology solutions.
- Drive organizational efficiency by optimizing processes and systems, minimizing complexity, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
- Utilize program management principles to translate high-level requirements into specific, measurable workstreams, assigning tasks, setting milestones, and fostering collaboration to achieve objectives effectively.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, focusing on those with the highest impact, while ensuring clear and effective communication of timelines and project statuses to all stakeholders.
- Document and communicate/distribute across the organization best practices for marketing automation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in industry or similar role
