- Manage the Primavera P6 scheduling database, ensuring quality data and structured updates.
- Develop and enforce scheduling standards, assign scheduling resources, and balance workloads.
- Analyze and communicate overall construction portfolio performance metrics and trends to ATC leadership.
- Support decision-making by identifying performance trends and proposing process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and partners to align schedules with regulatory requirements, service level agreements, and available resources.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of internal schedulers and oversee contingent workers.
- Establish scheduling expectations, processes, and quality standards across internal and partner resources.
- Resolve complex scheduling issues and escalate when necessary.
- Support the performance of Alliance Partners by setting clear expectations and tracking results.
- Provide performance feedback and development opportunities for scheduling team members.
- Serve as a technical leader for scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including project managers, construction managers, engineering, and leadership.
- Travel periodically to field offices and project sites to support scheduling alignment and understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field required. Other disciplines may be considered based on experience.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in project scheduling, project management, construction, or engineering roles.
- Primavera P6 expertise is required.
- Experience in the electric transmission or utility industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and overseeing external partners or contractors.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships across internal and external teams.
