We are seeking a Python Technical Lead to oversee development initiatives within the Multifamily Data team. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, guide engineers, and ensure best practices are followed in building scalable data-driven solutions.Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.Design and architect Python-based data processing solutions.Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on coding support when necessary.Qualifications:10+ years in software/data engineering with a strong focus on Python.Experience with PySpark, Snowflake, EMR, EKS.Strong background in data engineering and cloud-based environments.Proven leadership and mentoring skills.Financial services background preferred.
