gpac is working with a RTE facility in Kentucky that is seeking a Plant Manager! The ideal Plant Manager will be a hands-on, self-starter with the ability to motivate and lead staff, and reach production goals while adhering to the highest safety standards.Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in food packaging plant – mandatory.
  • 5+ years of experience managing in a USDA and/or FDA food, meat and packaging manufacturer facility.
  • HACCP certification a plus.
  • Food safety knowledge.
  • True team player with a positive and cooperative attitude. “No job too small mantra.”
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Proven strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines.
