  • Guiding customers through the sales process and assisting them in choosing the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the vehicle lineup, features, and the latest technologies.
  • Conducting professional and informative vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Negotiating and closing deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Following up with customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Utilizing a CRM system to track customer interactions and sales leads.
  • Collaborating with other sales team members and departments to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish lasting relationships with customers.
  • Passion for automobiles and in-depth knowledge of different vehicle models and their features.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
