- Oversee the full procurement cycle from sourcing and bidding to contracting, payments, and supplier performance.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and agreements to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and financial targets are met.
- Optimize procurement operations by integrating systems, centralizing contract management, and improving inventory control.
- Build strong supplier relationships, diversify sourcing strategies, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Leverage data dashboards and market insights to drive agile, informed decision-making.
- Lead, train, and develop the procurement team while embedding CSR and sustainability into procurement practices.
