
People, Talent, & Recruiting Coordinator

- Work with the PTR Manager, Hiring Managers, and candidates to move the hiring process forward.
- Coordinate the entire candidate lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings and eventually interviewing and assessing talent yourself.
- Help administer various people processes such as employee recognition, freelance coordination, and on-boarding new employees.
- Support the People, Talent and Recruiting team’s various initiatives by maintaining and updating trackers and project plans accurately and with strong attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with the PTR Manager, CEO, and other stakeholders.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a Recruiting or People focused position, where you demonstrated grit and the ability to rise.
- Genuine interest in the People function at a lean, entrepreneurial e-commerce company with an initiative to learn more about the field.
- Attention to detail and follow-through; ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience working in a small, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment, where you’ve overcome many obstacles.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to positively represent a company brand.
- Track record of demonstrating maturity and professionalism.
