- Clear and professional written and phone communication
- Highly productive, proactive, and enthusiastic about technology
- Based in or near Jacksonville, Florida
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Reach out to warm and cold leads
- Develop strong product knowledge to address technical questions
- Provide professional communication and service when assisting customers
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Follow up on customer requests for product information and purchase guidance
- Support the sales team in identifying and growing opportunities within the territory
- Contribute to overall revenue growth throughout the Americas, Australia, and New Zealand
