- Call Center: Oversee the operations of the call center, implementing strategies to maximize lead conversion rates, enhance customer service, and improve overall sales efficiency while maintaining daily/weekly/monthly operational KPI's.
- Team Development and Management: Build, mentor, and lead a sales team capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Foster a culture of success through ongoing training, performance management, and professional development opportunities.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Maintain established relationships while simultaneously growing sales channels.
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with OTR Leasing's long-term goals, focusing on brand positioning, market penetration, and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing Innovation: Leverage digital platforms to enhance OTR Leasing's online presence, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Market Analysis and Adaptation: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the trucking industry. Use insights to adapt marketing strategies, ensuring OTR Leasing remains a step ahead of competitors.
- Brand Management: Cultivate and maintain OTR Leasing's brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences and reinforces the company's values and market position.
- Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns that effectively communicate OTR Leasing's value proposition to prospective clients and stakeholders. Measure campaign performance and ROI to inform future marketing decisions.
- A dynamic leader with at least 10 years of combined experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in the trucking or related industries.
- Proven expertise in managing call center/business development center operations with stellar results.
- A strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and the agility to pivot strategies in real-time.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a team and engaging with customers and stakeholders alike.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales and marketing targets.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
