In this hands-on position, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of machinery, delivering top-tier service with expertise, efficiency, and a customer-first mindset. Collaboration is key—you’ll work across departments to ensure every customer’s needs are met with speed and professionalism.RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical systems—in the shop or the field
  • Perform planned maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly
  • Work closely with the Service Manager and other departments to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, whether in the shop or on the road
  • Use computers and communication tools to document repairs and stay in sync with the team
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair (or technical certification/associate’s degree)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and work within time constraints
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift license
  • Your own tool set for heavy equipment repair
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to handle loads up to 55 lbs and maneuver around/crawl under equipment in order to conduct repairs
