We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products, sub-assemblies, and components according to product specifications. You will use your skills in wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation to ensure high-quality assembly that meets engineering and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic and electro-mechanical products, sub-assemblies, and test kits according to specificationsPerform wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation using established proceduresInspect assemblies for quality and ensure conformance to tolerances and standardsIdentify and correct malfunctions through disassembly and rework as neededSupport packaging, labeling, and other production-related tasksFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspaceWhat You Bring to the RoleHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred2–3 years of relevant assembly, electronics, or manufacturing experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and diagramsHands-on skills in soldering, wiring, and assembly processesAbility to troubleshoot minor issues and make adjustments when neededComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environmentGood communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members and supervisorsWhy Join UsOpportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environmentHands-on role in producing high-quality, essential productsCompetitive pay and benefits packageStable career path with opportunities for advancementThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $35,000.00 - $52,600.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
