Job SummaryLead and drive a production team to meet and exceed the required production metrics as well as provide quality products to the customerEssential Functions and Responsibilities (not restrictive)
  • Leads execution of compounding duties to ensure accuracy and adherence to Production guidelines.
  • provides training and direction.
  • Identifies problem areas with team such as understaffing, failure to adhere to policies/procedures, absenteeism, wastefulness
  • Verifies all safety rules are always followed.
  • Monitors use of ingredients.
  • Reports food safety issues to the Production Manager.
  • ensure all orders are produced in accordance to the production schedule
  • Ensures SQF best practices
  • Ensure compounders are following batching instructions and properly tracking their materials.

Qualification & Experience RequirementsEducation, Training:
  • High School or equivalent
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of two years' related experience in a production environment
