Ready to grow with us?The Clinical Educator provides provides leadership, clinical practice expertise, education, program development, and consultation to promote clinical excellence.This Educator uses problem-solving strategies and the nursing process to improve outcomes and/or achieve program goals. This candidate must also possess effective communication skills to develop positive working relationships.This Educator works collaboratively with management and other leadership to develop criteria for patient care, assess health needs of patients, and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve optimal nursing practices outcomes. This Educator facilitates problem-solving and decision-making to influence the development, implementation and evaluation of patient, unit, department and organizational goals and serves as a clinical expert in area of practice and role models this to hospital personnel and medical staff.Provides real time problem-solving to promote critical thinking skillsDemonstrates proficient educational/teaching skills in the use of the teaching/learning processCoordinates the development of appropriate materials to facilitate the education of staffPlans, develops, presents, and evaluates educational programs independently and in collaboration with the education department and department managersDevelops, implements and evaluates new and experience preceptor trainingHours:Monday – Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
