Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are looking for a Engineering Intern to join our Services_AME team in United States .Your main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Prepares / makes modifications to CAD and manual drawings as requested by Engineering, Shop Superintendent, Service Center coworkers and Sulzer customers.
  • Will work with Senior Engineers providing support on customer specific projects which will require the use of CAD, database entry, engineering programming, administrative duties included filing, scanning, etc.
  • Supports production related projects as directed by Shop Superintendent
  • Assist in daily production duties
  • Assist in Service Center projects
  • Positive attitude and will to take on any task
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Studying for a 4 year Engineering Degree, preferably Mechanical
  • Sound computer skills required, will use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and other industry software
  • An interest in rotating machinery and manufacturing is beneficial
  • Maturity is required as the student becomes a working member of the Team and is assigned specific responsibilities
