- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance systems that support the company’s evolving product and infrastructure needs.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while proactively addressing risks and technical challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance across frontend, backend, and middleware layers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and operations to align engineering output with business strategy.
- Uphold and promote engineering excellence through coding standards, QA processes, and system reliability.
- Foster team growth through mentorship, skill development, and a strong culture of ownership and accountability.
- 6+ years of experience in engineering roles, ideally in direct-to-consumer, telehealth, or CPG sectors, with proven results delivering scalable solutions.
- Deep understanding of both frontend and backend systems; capable of leading a small team and contributing hands-on to development.
- Experience with middleware, SSO user management, and familiarity with ERP/EMR or Healthie systems is a plus.
- Proficiency building SaaS platforms and point solutions; ability to design and deploy systems autonomously when needed.
- Strong project management, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with an ability to translate technical language into business context.
- L4-level engineering capabilities, with a proactive and collaborative leadership style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
