Engineering Manager - Millwork - Base Salary to 125k/year - Phoenix, AZ

• Our client is a well-established architectural millwork and cabinet company with a strong customer base with a focus on custom millwork in lobbies, restaurants, casinos, ballrooms, etc. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the drafting and engineering department.

• Manage and direct engineering/drafting staff to develop submittal

• Maintain schedules on drawing production to meet contractual commitments

• Conduct group drawing reviews with associated managers and ownership for quality and accuracy.

• Define, implement and maintain tools and methodology to support drawing quality and production

• Manage and maintain software updates and licenses

• Provide technical support and training to the department related to procedure,

• Maintain document archive and retrieval for past projects

• Work closely with the Project teams to debug problems and resolve issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

• 5+ years engineering experience in architectural millwork manufacturing.

• High proficiency in Autocad

• Experience with Microvellum required

• Knowledge of CNC programming and operations

• Knowledge of AWS manufacturing and materials standards

• Proven ability to provide training to staff on new tools and features.

• Base Salary to 125k/year
