Position Summary:
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and decision-making functions for the U.S. operations of a $1B+ privately held global manufacturing company. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will partner closely with operations, sales/marketing, accounting, and leadership teams to deliver meaningful analysis, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial outlooks.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, KPIs, and variance explanations; present findings to guide decision-making.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with operations, supply chain, sales, legal, and accounting teams to provide financial insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and cost control.
  • Management Reporting: Develop and maintain management dashboards and reporting tools to ensure timely and accurate information for leadership.
  • Data & Systems: Leverage ERP (SAP) and other reporting tools to extract, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Project Support: Support special projects including capital investment analysis, acquisition due diligence, and integration activities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus.
  • 4+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or services
  • Experience leveraging EPM tools like OneStream, Planful, or similar system
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, global organization.
