- Experience in XXgn and implement Oracle Hyperion Planning solutions for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain planning models, including data structures, calculations, and workflows.
- Configure and integrate Hyperion Planning with other Oracle Hyperion products (e.g., HFM, Essbase) and external systems.
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand requirements and deliver planning solutions.
- Develop and maintain planning forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and optimize Hyperion Planning performance.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and support end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle Hyperion Planning updates, patches, and best practices.
- Maintaining and supporting existing Planning application and restoring existing application
- Create and modify dimension members
- Modify and fix various Calculation Scripts / Business Rules
- Enhance and support web based data entry forms within the Hyperion Planning application
- Responsible for all problem resolution, incident closure and reporting
- Supporting Quarterly forecasting activities, report modifications
- Provide issue trend tracking and analysis and make recommendations for improvement
- Utilize query tools to analyze and reconcile data and to produce ad hoc reports
- Supporting the Business Users during the Forecasting cycle
- Define security for users and groups, data forms and task lists
- Create and test data forms and minor reports
- Use Hyperion Smart View with data forms, create task lists for users
- 6-10 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning or similar financial planning solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with data modeling, data integration, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Planning, including configuration, development, and maintenance.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion HFM, Essbase, or other Oracle Hyperion products.
- Knowledge of financial data modeling and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Oracle BI or Tableau.
- Certification in Oracle Hyperion Planning or related financial planning solutions.
