
CNC Programmer

- Write NC programs to machine complex parts using Gibbscam
- Follow part through manufacturing process with operator to ensure accuracy
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing procedures
- Work with manufacturing and design teams
- Create improvement methods
- Mentor and facilitate training for team members
- Meet with customers regularly to monitor project health
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, etc) or equivalent experience
- Experience programming CNC machines required
- Experience with Gibbscam required
- Experience with lathes, mills, and multi-axis (5- to 8-axis) desired
- 3-5 years minimum of relevant experience
- Previous experience writing NC code within the aerospace industry desired
- Significant experience in manufacturing processes
- Ability to work in high stress, fast-paced environment
- Proficient with GD&T concepts
- Experience with Aerospace products or related products valued
- Displays strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results
- Exhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processes
- Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders
- Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred
- Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
