- Manages all PA program budgets, including maintaining financial dashboards, reconciling charges, processing invoices, conducting informal audits to ensure accuracy, executing contracts, and forecasts enrollment and retention.
- Manages the PA Program's communications with faculty advisors, current students, alumni, and preceptors.
- Serves as primary tenant administrator for CRM/student success and learning management platforms, administering class pages and preparing reports as requested.
- Attends departmental and committee meetings, transcribing and maintaining meeting minutes.
- Leads event management for the PA Program.
- Maintains PA Program calendar, welcomes guests/guest lecturers/standardized patients to campus, coordinating room reservations for classes, meetings, special events, End-of-Rotation (EOR) days, etc.
- Collaborates with the Assoc Dir of Grad Mark & Comm with the planning, organization, and execution of special events including days, the PA Program Orientation, Welcome Week, White Coat Ceremony, Commencement, Community Service days, and Interprofessional Education programming.
- Maintains compliance records for faculty and preceptors in eMedley® database, which includes but may not be limited to:
- Creating a profile/entering contact and employment information.
- CV/Resume.
- State Licensure/Board Certification.
- Documentation and evaluations collected by the clinical team during site visits.
- Monitors student compliance with background check/drug screening, immunizations, and certifications required for credentialing from enrollment through the clinical year.
- Serves as liaison between graduate enrollment and program, preparing report following third party's collection, review, notification and approval of requirements.
- Maintains professional communication with hospital/practice credentialing staff and preceptors.
- Maintains electronic records and minutes for the clinical team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism consistent with ARC-PA standards, including the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Ability to take initiative, function independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to use databases, spreadsheets, and forms
- Knowledge of software platforms used for content design/communication.
