
Paralegal (Institutional/Investments/International)

- Coordinate senior-level internal/external meetings and conference calls.
- Assist paralegals and attorneys with updating and tracking various types of agreements, including confidentiality agreements, investor representation letters, trading agreements and other corporate agreements.
- Assist paralegals and attorneys in preparing documentation for sub-custody account openings and renewals.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading various regulatory filings, such as Regulation D filings for private funds and relevant Blue Sky filings.
- Assist paralegals and attorneys with various regulatory filings, including those submitted via EDGAR, IARD and others as needed.
- Manage files, including organization, scanning, file maintenance, and recordkeeping.
- Assist with filing, proofreading, drafting, and coordinating signatures as needed.
- Update and maintain task-driven calendars, matrixes, questionnaires, and charts for the Legal-Institutional and Legal-Investments teams.
- Assist with Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, due diligence, and other legal/regulatory information requests.
- Respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple detailed tasks.
- Work with various departments to maintain the work-flow processing of outside counsel/vendor bills

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Notary public preferred
