You'll be positioned for a great career!Job DescriptionPrimarily responsible for supporting mission-critical application systems, software, and interfaces that require advanced technical expertise and troubleshooting skills. Provide day-to-day support for complex application environments, assisting business users with multiple internal and external systems that have critical customer-facing interfaces. Enable business success and foster strong relationships with business users by delivering exceptional support, including coordinating and participating in application development, testing, disaster recovery planning and testing, change management, deployment, and daily operational support.Team CultureOur mission is to empower our company, teammates and customers through the delivery of resilient and customer-centric technology.   • You will leverage advanced troubleshooting skills to support mission-critical applications.
  • You will design, develop, and maintain integrations, batch scripts, and stored procedures; provide detailed technical requirements and specifications.
  • You will create and Manage job scheduling activities, including writing, reviewing, and troubleshooting job plans.
  • you will apply business acumen to facilitate meetings and develop clear business and functional requirements for complex projects.
  • You will create and interpret data flow documentation, including data mapping and conversion mapping, for both single and multiple application environments.
  • You will conduct comprehensive systems process analysis, design, simulation, testing, implementation, application configuration, deployments, and disaster recovery planning.
  • You will perform business process modeling-including logical modeling, data retention, and workflow modeling-across simple to complex projects.
  • You will analyze, design, plan, test, and deploy advanced systems software and programs.
  • You will adhere to IT governance policies, project architecture methodologies, and technology standards.
  • You will mentor other analysts by overseeing projects and daily support efforts.
  • You will demonstrate strong technical understanding of multi-application data flows, software and system integrations, RDBMS principles, tiered and cloud environments, and possess well-developed project management skills.
  • You will track metrics and trends related to application performance and address issues as needed.
  • You will develop and maintain application documentation; define and update application configurations.
  • You will lead change control processes for supported applications and projects; drive incident management for support issues.
  • You will collaborate with bank employees and management on system design and information exchange.
  • You will perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of (a/an) Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study and / or 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.Single application data flows across multiple applicationsATTENTION TO DETAIL: You must be thorough and accurate in your data and technical system problem analysis to provide the best information and results in solving critical issues in our heavily integrated business application environments.TECHNICAL SKILLS: Your experience with complex SQL queries and .Net programming will help set you up for success, along with your ability to troubleshoot, create detailed documentation, and support windows and web service.COLLABORATIVE: You enjoy working in teams and across departments to achieve common goals.RESULTS ORIENTED: You show initiative as you focus on the desired deliverables, while meeting and exceeding your goals.PROBLEM SOLVER: You are able to track and solve complex problems in a variety of situations and function effectively in rapidly changing or unclear conditions.Essential Duties/Skills
  • Application and Infrastructure Troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced SQL skills a must
  • .Net programming and debugging skills; prefer experience with supporting Windows and Web Services including interfaces to MQ messaging.
  • Scripting experience for example, Java Script or other tools
  • Employ RDBMS principles in the design of simple to moderate data structures.
  • SSIS,SSRS, SSAS
  • Software and system integration, along with associated technologies
  • RDBMS principles and tools
  • Tiered environments (e.g. development, testing, UAT, production, DR)
  • Application disaster recovery
  • SQL Queries
  • IT and IS standards and concepts
  • Banking and payments industry and processes
  • Conducting fit gap analysis
  • Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to provide resolution to problems of a moderate complexity.
  • Project Management Methodology (basic framework, phases, artifacts, process, and project funding)
  • Quality / Testing Methodologies and tools
  • IT lifecycle Governance
  • Ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of own work assignments
  • Agile, waterfall, or other project management strategy
  • Oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build healthy working partnerships with clients, vendors and peers
