This is not traditional home health — we provide focused, structured in-home care for patients with chronic lymphatic dysfunction, aligned with best practices in chronic disease management. Paid CLT certification is available for eligible candidates.Compensation & Pay Structure
- LS1 (Not CLT Certified): $92,482+ annually ($61/hour)
- LS2 (CLT Certified): $96,616–$105,000 annually ($64–$70/hour)
- Non-Treatment Rate: $12/hour (driving, at-home documentation, calls)
- Documentation at Point-of-Care: Paid at treatment rate + 10 minutes per visit
- Training/Onboarding: Paid at 50% treatment rate
- Driving reimbursement + sign-on bonus for CLT-certified PTs
