The ideal candidate will be professional, motivated, and dedicated to achieving success for both the company and our customers. We seek individuals who are service-oriented, capable of creating tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, and skilled at building lasting customer relationships.Responsibilities:
  • Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold-calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
  • Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
  • Cover sales leads in assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each respective lead furnished.
  • Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
  • Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of related experience or training in sales and dealing with the public
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawls space and other tight spaces.
  • Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

  • This position offers an hourly base pay of $17 plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000-90,000+ with additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
