This position is responsible for initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments, while maintaining clear, professional communication with prospective investors. Reporting directly to the Manager of Investor Relations, the specialist helps build and strengthen investor relationships, contributing to new opportunities for the firm.Primary Responsibilities· Initiate outreach via warm and/or cold calling, email, and social media to engage prospective investors· Conduct timely follow-up on incoming leads and assess their interest in REEP’s investment opportunities· Research and identify potential investors aligned with REEP’s strategic goals· Engage prospects in friendly, professional conversations to build rapport and trust· Schedule appointments for the Investor Relations team to conduct in-depth discussions· Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and investor interactions in CRM software· Support follow-up communication and nurturing strategies to deepen engagement· Provide weekly reporting to the Manager of Investor Relations on outreach metrics and lead statusRequirements· Minimum 1 year of experience in warm and cold calling preferred· At least 1 year of prior sales experience, preferably in financial services or business development preferred· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building· Experience with appointment setting and lead qualification· Understanding of CRM software and best practices for tracking investor engagement· Familiarity with investor relations, real estate, banking, or finance is a plus· Knowledge of financial services sales or business development best practices preferred· Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently· Reliable internet connection, phone access, and a quiet workspace· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferredContract to perm
