For our clients, our Oracle PPM Consultants reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations.Responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying, writing, and managing business requirements.
  • Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
  • Supporting configurations, customization, reports, and interfaces, testing and user training.

  • Functional implementation experience on 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) implementation.
  • 2+ years' total Oracle implementation experience.
  • Experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • A Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
  • Full life-cycle implementation experience in any of the following: Oracle Cloud Order Management & GOP, Procurement, Material Management, Manufacturing, Sales and Service
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation tools such as MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization.
