  • Logs shipment, receipt and storage of stock
  • Maintains proper storage of items after processing
  • Maintains accurate inventory and routinely spot checks a representative amount of items each month

Position requires working on hard surfaces, in tiring and uncomfortable positions, and standing for long periods of time. Routinely engages in stooping, bending, turning and lifting heavy supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Heavier items are moved with weight handling equipment or with assistance from other workers.Work is performed in a warehouse setting. Work is done inside or outside in areas that may be hot, damp, cold, drafty or poorly lighted. Incumbent is regularly exposed to the possibility of cuts, scrapes, bruises, abrasions, falls and injury from falling stock.
