Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant (Temp)
Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours/day)
Pay Rate: $45–$50/hr

We are working with a client in the transportation industry who is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the President/CEO during a short-term temporary leave. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, including work and personal appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and act as a gatekeeper for communications
  • Pay personal bills and track payments
  • Organize travel arrangements and transportation
  • Assist with ongoing projects and provide follow-up as requested
  • Conduct domestic errands as needed (limited driving; must have a valid driver’s license)
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefs
  • Draft correspondence and maintain organized records
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
  • Support any ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 plus years of EA experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Ability to start ASAP and work a part-time schedule
