
Guest Relations Supervisor

- Assist with hiring, training, coaching and takes ownership of all Guest Services personnel
- Resolve guest opportunities utilizing luxury and Forbes service standards
- Maintain operational budget by utilizing knowledge of cost control initiatives
- Complete scheduling and draft schedule for the Guest Service team in absence of Guest Service Manager and/or in assistance with leadership team
- Act as manager on duty for the Guest Services team members in the absence of senior leadership
- Challenge the status quo by continually pushing to enhance the overall service, team member engagement and service scores
- Assist with inventory of team member item usage, purchasing and monthly necessities and/or as needed for upkeep of the department. Report to Guest Services Manager and/or senior leadership of inventory
- Assist Guest Service Manager with assigned tasks and duties as requested and/or assigned
- Generate reports as requests by senior leadership
- Be familiar with Forbes rating standards and associate training techniques
- Other tasks as requested or assigned
- One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
- Must be able to lift 60lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver's License to drive company golf carts.
