Learn more about us at .Position OverviewWe’re looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team. This role combines digital marketing, social media management, and visual content creation with support for community events and promotions. From planning and scheduling engaging social content to capturing high-quality photos and videos at job sites, you’ll play a central role in telling our story and building our brand.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our marketing presence while gaining exposure to a wide range of creative and strategic marketing work.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInPlan, write, and schedule engaging content using tools like Meta Business Suite or BufferCapture original photo and video content at job sites, events, and community activitiesCurate and edit content (photo, video, graphics) to reflect our brand and showcase projectsWrite and edit copy for email campaigns, blog posts, and other communicationsSupport the creation of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and signageCoordinate logistics and promotion for company and community eventsMonitor and analyze performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies as neededIdentify creative opportunities for brand storytelling and local community engagementCollaborate with internal teams to support recruitment and lead generation effortsWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creationStrong photography/videography skills, with the ability to capture and edit for multiple platformsExcellent writing and editing skills, with a keen sense of tone and voiceComfortable with social media management tools and content platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive, hands-on approach with creativity and attention to detailWillingness to travel locally to job sites and events as neededWhat We Offer: * Competitive pay
