- Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Train, manage, and evaluate staff performance.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to boost revenue and attract customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual dining.
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of P&L analysis, budgeting, menu development, and staff training.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
