Join our growing team in Willoughby, where you'll work with precision machinery and play an essential role in producing high-quality parts for a variety of industries.What You'll DoSet up and operate CNC Turret Punch Presses to produce steel and aluminum parts to exact specificationsEnsure quality standards are met by inspecting parts and recording findingsPerform light maintenance and troubleshoot equipment/tooling issues as neededMaintain accurate production records including time, materials, and part countsKeep a clean, organized, and safe workspace while following OSHA and company safety policiesWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious CNC Punch Press, Laser, or Machining Center experience requiredAbility to read customer drawings and use measuring tools with precisionStrong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeTeam-oriented mindset with clear communication skillsSchedule & Pay1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pmFriday overtime available as needed (voluntary or mandatory)Pay starts at $17/hr and up, depending on experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 35 lbsStand for long periods and perform repetitive motions (lifting, bending, moving material)Operate manual and power tools safely with proper PPEWhy Join Us?
