This role manages schedules, budgets, procurement, and resources; coordinates clients, contractors, and internal teams; monitors progress and addresses issues proactively
  • Oversee ground-up retail, restaurant, and medical office projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project teams, including administration staff, engineers, and superintendents.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure adherence to estimates.
  • Resolve issues related to labor, materials, equipment, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain project documentation, including RFIs and change orders.
